Regular refills are recommended to maintain a clean, elegant and long-lasting result. This service is ideal for: • extending the life of your lash extensions, • keeping your eyes looking polished at all times, • avoiding a full removal and new set, • maintaining the harmony and balance of the volume. Each refill is adapted according to the condition of the remaining extensions, natural lash growth and the desired result. Appointments take place in a private beauty studio in Mulhouse, by appointment only, in a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To ensure smooth organization and welcome every client in the best possible conditions, a deposit is required for all bookings, regardless of the selected service. Deposit • The deposit is paid online at the time of booking. • It confirms the appointment definitively. • The deposit is deducted from the total amount of the service on the day of the appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 6 hours before the appointment. • In case of cancellation or no-show after this deadline, the deposit will be retained. • A rescheduling request made within the allowed timeframe may result in a credit, subject to current conditions. Late Arrival • Any delay exceeding 15 minutes may, depending on the day’s schedule, result in the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, without the possibility of extending the service time. • In the event of cancellation due to lateness, the deposit remains due. Responsibility & Organization • Appointments are carefully scheduled to ensure high-quality services and respect for every client’s time. • By confirming a booking, the client fully accepts this policy.
