Booking Policy To ensure smooth organization and welcome every client in the best possible conditions, a deposit is required for all bookings, regardless of the selected service. Deposit • The deposit is paid online at the time of booking. • It confirms the appointment definitively. • The deposit is deducted from the total amount of the service on the day of the appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 6 hours before the appointment. • In case of cancellation or no-show after this deadline, the deposit will be retained. • A rescheduling request made within the allowed timeframe may result in a credit, subject to current conditions. Late Arrival • Any delay exceeding 15 minutes may, depending on the day’s schedule, result in the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, without the possibility of extending the service time. • In the event of cancellation due to lateness, the deposit remains due.
